My approach is like that of a lotus flower in the midst of the mud – I help my clients discover and grow themselves to achieve their full potential. My customized coaching program provides a safe and supportive haven where clients can explore their inner selves and develop the skills they need to succeed. I aim to create a supportive environment for personal and professional development, empowering individuals and organizations to connect their values with resources to translate them into impactful actions.

My journey as a coach began in 2016 when I received a grant from my fellowship to receive a coaching service. Through the support of a coach and a psychologist, I began my lifelong journey of self-discovery. In 2020, a one-hour coaching session as a birthday gift from a dear friend inspired me to become a coach myself. I wanted to provide the same value and support that I received as a client and create an accessible space for everyday people in my community to be their authentic selves.

I turned my dream into reality when I received the 2021 Co-Active Opportunity Scholarship and the 2022 Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) Certification Scholarship from Co-Active Training Institute to receive the Co-Active Professional Coach Training in 2021 and the Professional Coach Certification Program in 2022-2023. By the end of 2023, I had completed over 200+ professional coaching hours and organized 19 support group sessions and workshops.

Throughout my journey as a coach, I have been contributing as Course Assistant of CTI Coach Training and a Partner Coach of Up With Women Canada and Artivism Alliance of the PLACE Network.
